During this 20-30 minute session you'll sit down with Jen (in-person or virtually) to discuss your fitness goals, past medical/injury history, possible obstacles/limitations, and present lifestyle. Once Jen has gathered all the necessary information, she will be able to develop a personalized exercise program to get you on your way to reaching your goals! Individualized training tailored especially for you! One-on-One or Partner personal training is the best way to reach your fitness goals. During these sessions, Jen is right there beside you coaching, motivating, and supervising your every move! All sessions are conducted live, face-to-face at Westmount Fitness Club in Edmonton, AB.
Video Conference Training Session (Live) $65+tax/session
In this one-on-one private training session, you stay in your space & I'll stay in mine... but I'll be there with you in real time over a video conferencing app such as FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, Messenger, or WhatsApp to coach, motivate, & supervise your movement throughout the workout! Keeping your health goals in mind, these workouts will be designed based off of the equipment that you have available to you in your home.
Looking for a personalized workout that you can follow at home, at the office gym, or at your local fitness center on your own time and on your own schedule? This is the fit for you! No special app is required, I'll simply send you the workout via email. These workouts will be designed based off the equipment that is available to you and each comes complete with personalized video demonstrations of each exercise so that you don't have to guess what the movement should look like.

Nutrition - Although Jen does not do nutritional counseling herself, she can refer you to a few different individuals that do. Corporate Fitness - Jen is available to come to your office or to take your employees out to the park for a variety of fitness options such as a one time 60 minute bootcamp or fitness class, or to set up a 8-12 week bootcamp.
